with PDF 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, and 1.6 specifications).
Viewing tools such as Loupe, Dynamic Zoom, Auto-Scroll,
etc. can help you navigate efficiently.
Searching PDF Documents
The Search tool helps to locate information
in PDF documents by looking phrases in "Current
Document”or "Specified Folders”.
"PDF Plus Professional”users can do
"Full-Text-Search”against selected
indexes. (Use "PDF Shelf”–also
included in PDF Plus, to create indexes). See

Printing PDF Documents
Plus 7 can print selected files, pages to a
designated printer with or without annotations/markups;
while you can decide the Zoom setting to fit pages
on paper. "N-up”or "Tile”printings
are also available for advanced users.
Securing PDF Documents
You can password protect PDF files with "Open”password
to open the document and "Security”password
to control the "Permissions”allowed
to the document. Optionally, you can define
actions to be taken when opening the file or
entering and/or entering abstracts of the document.
Obtaining Document Properties
Other than the security information, you can
obtain document summary, initial view settings,
custom document metadata, and fonts information
of a document.
Organizing PDF Pages
You can easily address and handle document
pages with thumbnails to Rotate, Crop, Copy,
Paste, Delete, and/or Replace pages; or drag
pages across different documents.
Editing Bookmarks/Hyperlinks
You can create bookmark trees to logically represent
a document. You can even drag the whole bookmark
tree across files to create a document archive
easily. Link tool can define a hot area on document
page to be associated with another page view or
URL.
Add popup "Comment”(works like
stitching notes) to enter your opinions;
Add text phrases using Text Box tool.
The Annotation”palette in document "Navigation”panel
helps you to organize all markups in one place,
where you can sort or show markups by type, date,
author, etc.
Create PDF Forms
PDF Plus Professional (Note:
Standard edition can fill-in but not creating
form fields.) includes complete Form Creation
tools to insert dynamic form fields on PDF page.
Supported fields are: Button, Radio Button,
Edit Box, Combo Box, Check Box, List Box, and
Signature tool.
Sending Document or Pages
You can send selected pages, or the whole
document to mail recipients.
Redo/Undo
Unlimited levels of Redo and Undo helps you
